Your role

Ensuring optimal setup and operation of injection moulding machines, robots, and peripheral equipment to maintain continuity and quality of the production process. Optimizing processes and conducting prototype injections.

Your responsibilities

  • Independent prototype injections
  • Independent troubleshooting
  • Optimally converting, setting up, and starting injection moulding machines, robots, and peripheral equipment
  • Optimizing the production process to ensure product quality and maximize efficiency
  • Providing instructions to production personnel to optimize the process
  • Detecting irregularities and taking appropriate action
  • Making improvement suggestions

Your profile

You have technical and analytical insight and work accurately. Can you also relate with the following characteristics? Chances are great we are a match!

  • MBO+ / HBO level of education, for example in process engineering
  • Additional training/courses in injection molding
  • Knowledge of materials and moulds
  • Proficiency in the Dutch language or the willingness to learn it
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Preferably in possession of a crane and hoist certificate
